What is Inclusion?

What does Inclusion mean?

Inclusion at the College means that we work to provide equal access to education, training, resources to students who might not have been able to benefit from these. From example, students with physical or mental disabilities and members of other minority groups.

All students need to know that they can bring their ‘whole selves’ to College and be exactly who they are.

They should feel that they are valued, treated equally and are able to participate in and contribute fully to the social, cultural, and academic life of the College.

As part of Capital City College Group, London’s leading and largest further education provider, our commitment to equality and diversity will help to ensure that we are the first choice for students, staff, employers and partners.
