Time to Talk Sessions

Members of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team will be available for drop-in sessions every day of the week. The details of the sessions are as follows:


Listening and Advisory Service

These are 30-minute sessions available on the phone or face-to-face.


Listening sessions are not counselling sessions, but they are a safe space for friendly, informal and confidential support. This support may include practical guidance and signposting to other services.

WestKing Counselling Service


This service offers therapeutic support. It will help you work through any difficulties you may be having. 


We offer you up to 8 sessions with one of our counsellors. Counsellors are able to listen and help you find ways to deal with emotional concerns.
